This Adolph Katz Trio Flower Brooch is an absolutely rare find and a very collectible pin. Adolph Katz is Coro’s chief designer, he worked for the famous jewelry company for almost half a century, from 1924 to the 1970s. He is widely known for his most famous design the "duet". This stunning pin features a trio flower brooch showcasing a Carmen Miranda style, the flowers are crafted from red ruby-colored gum drop glass cabs set in a radiantly polished gold tone base metal. Accented with green enameled leaves, creating a stunning contrast and bringing a realistic natural contours of the flowers which burst with beauty and glamour. This pin measures approximately 3.3 inches high. The back has a locking pin that fastens securely, which functions properly and is in very good vintage condition. Although this brooch is unsigned, the delicate and exquisite detailing matches Adolph Katz's diverse and stunningly beautiful jewelry designs.
